Community Guidelines

To help maintain a safe, attractive, and respectful environment, Turning Stone Owners Association has established the following community guidelines. These guidelines support harmony among neighbors and protect the value and appearance of our community.

1. Property Maintenance

Homeowners are expected to maintain their property in good condition, including:

• Landscaping and lawn care
• Exterior home upkeep
• Removal of debris or clutter

2. Architectural Changes

Any exterior modifications—including paint colors, fencing, additions, or structural changes—must be submitted for review and approval before work begins.

3. Parking & Vehicles

Please follow all parking rules outlined in the governing documents, including:

• No blocking sidewalks or fire lanes
• Proper storage of recreational vehicles
• Compliance with street and driveway parking guidelines

4. Noise & Conduct

Residents should be considerate of neighbors by:

• Keeping noise at reasonable levels
• Following quiet hours
• Ensuring pets are controlled and not disruptive

5. Common Areas

Shared spaces are for the enjoyment of all residents. Please:

• Dispose of trash properly
• Supervise children
• Respect posted rules and signage

6. Pets

Pet owners must:

• Clean up after their animals
• Keep pets leashed in public areas
• Ensure pets do not pose a nuisance or safety concern

7. Safety & Security

Residents are encouraged to:

• Report suspicious activity
• Follow community safety guidelines
• Maintain proper lighting and visibility around their property

8. Compliance

Failure to follow community guidelines may result in notices or enforcement actions as outlined in the Association’s governing documents.
